A: During the week, there must be a parent or guardian present with their children at all times. On the weekends, guests may drop off their children if that is not a problem with the party parent(s). We do ask, however, that you check in with the party parent(s) before leaving your child. All children must come with a liability form (inside their invitation) or a parent/guardian must sign for them at the front desk.

A: You cannot bring your food, drink, any cakes or gifts for General Admission. But you can bring your food except for pizza, ice cream & ice cream cake for your party. You cannot bring outside pizza, ice cream or ice cream. You cannot bring any Food Warmers for our safety purpose. Pre-cooked foods only. You can order pizza, ice cream or ice cream cakes through us.

A. Yes, if you feel that your host has provided a great service, you can tip the host(s) if you'd like. Tips will be greatly appreciated, and although there isn't a set percentage for the tip, the amount should depend on the quality of service you received during the party.
A: It depends on our party schedule. If we have scheduled next party, you cannot extend hours unless you book two or more slots. Additional charge for the extended hours may apply.
A: Please give at least 3 weeks prior notice to re-schedule your party; otherwise, we will not be able to accommodate you.
A: No, the minimum deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable for two months if cancelled 21 days prior to party date, otherwise deposit is forfeited. If you cancel your party within a week from your party date, you have to pay full amount.

As we all know, many infants enjoy crawling in large open spaces and putting things in their mouths.
